SUMMARY:Startup Lunch & Learn: Legal Topics for Small Businesses
DESCRIPTION:Entrepreneurs\, small business owners and startups are encouraged to attend the next IMPACT 307 Startup Lunch & Learn\, “Legal Topics for Small Businesses\,” on Wednesday\, April 30\, from 12:15 p.m. to 1:45 p.m. at the Wyoming Technology Business Center. The event is free\, but event registration is required. \n\n\n\nThis 90-minute event will feature presentations by UW Business Law Practicum students who will discuss the following essential legal topics: \n\n\n\nContracts Crash CourseAgency LawCorporationsLLCsLLC Operating AgreementsDAO LLCsTrademarks for Small BusinessesTaxation of Business\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nIn-person attendance is limited to 40 guests\, and lunch will be provided by the UW College of Law for in-person attendees. Online virtual viewing of the presentations will be available for registered guests. Free parking is available on Harney Street or in the two-hour section in the UW Red Lot adjacent to the Wyoming Technology Business Center\, 1938 East Harney Street. \n\n\n\nIMPACT 307 is the University of Wyoming’s business incubator that serves to support the growth of startup clients.
