Park County Start-Up Challenge

Start-Up Challenge Details

The first annual Park County Start-Up Challenge (PCSC) launches on January 30th, 2023.  The PCSC is supported through the University of Wyoming’s IMPACT 307, Forward Cody, and Northwest College.  In IMPACT 307’s (formerly known as the WTBC) history, 225 businesses have been launched.  Over half of those have been from local startup challenges.  IMPACT 307 is very excited to be introducing this new regional startup challenge to help entrepreneurs in Park County thrive!

The Park County Start-Up Challenge seeks to catalyze innovative and scalable Wyoming startup businesses and provide the opportunity to apply for seed money to take the business past concept stage and into real-world first article builds and initial sales.  The competition is also open to early stage businesses which will propel significant growth in Wyoming’s economic ecosystem. The competition will identify Winning Finalists who receive a portion of a seed fund.  The seed fund size is currently being determined.  The target size for the seed fund is $50K.
