IMPACT Sweetwater is an expansion of IMPACT 307’s Incubator Program, a direct result of the $2.4 million CARES Act Recovery Assistance Grant to the University of Wyoming from the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Economic Development Administration (EDA).

Monica joined IMPACT 307 in February 2021 after a successful career in chemical industry spanning from early research to late stage development. She is the co-inventor on five patents (issued and filed). In her role at IMPACT, Monica mentors startup entrepreneurs and oversees development of programs in Southwest Wyoming.
